Organizational Agility: Lean-Agile Ways of Working Across the Enterprise

Organizational Agility represents how the technical and business competencies of the company use agility and lean thinking as the foundational mindset, organizational, operational, and cultural way of working.

All aspects of the enterprise—sales, marketing, operations, supply, manufacturing, finance, legal, HR, and more—must become more Agile and adaptive, and the enterprise must also exhibit far more fluid organizational dynamics to compete in the digital age.

This session will provide an overview of Organizational Agility and demonstrates how strategic agility, agile business operations and agile people operations are critical for enterprises to assure true business agility.
