Summit Registration and Pricing


If the Summit is virtual, what makes it a Global Summit?

The Global SAFe Summit Online still focuses on  keynotes, technical sessions, customer stories, exhibits, and more. New this year, the Global SAFe Summit will take place in three global timezones – APAC (JST: Japan Standard Time – GMT+9:00), EMEA (CEST: Central European Standard Time – CMT+1:00) and Americas (MST: Mountain Standard Time – GMT-7:00).


How can I participate in the Global SAFe Summit Online?

Registration will open on May 18th  for the Global SAFe Summit. To become a sponsor, please contact Karen Lewison or your Partner Development Manager for more information.


How much does it cost to register for the Global SAFe Summit?

Please see our pricing page for details. We are offering super early bird and early bird special pricing.


What if I am having difficulty registering or need to make changes to my Summit registration?

If you would like to make changes to your registration or need help registering, please contact the SAFe Summit Registration Team.


Do you offer group registration rates?

Take advantage of the lowest rate possible of $395 during the Super Early Bird period happening now through June 17! Group rates will begin on June 18th at a discounted rate of $450 per person for groups of 5+. Please contact the SAFe Summit Registration Team to request the link to register as a group on or after June 18th.


What type of payment do you take

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept wire, ACH or check payments. If you need an invoice of have any additional billing questions, please contact the SAFe Summit Billing Team to learn more.


What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your registration at any time, but please be aware of the event cancellation policy below:

  • If  you cancel your registration for any reason on or before Monday, August 2, 2021, you will be refunded your full registration fee.
  • If you cancel your registration on or after Tuesday, August 3, 2021 through Tuesday, September 14, 2021, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $50 administration processing fee.
  • If you cancel on or after Wednesday, September 15, 2021 you will not be eligible for a refund, but may transfer your registration to another party until Friday, September 24, 2021. After this date, no refunds or transfers will be available.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before Friday, September 24, 2021. If you have registered with a special discount and would like to send someone in your place, your substitution must also present verification to qualify for the discount and may be subject to a pricing adjustment.

How do I become a Sponsor?

What is the format of the Global SAFe Summit Online?

The 2021 Global  SAFe Summit Online features two full days of inspiration, learning, and collaboration opportunities delivered in live, simu-live, and pre-recorded formats. Plus, you’ll receive access to all the content for 60 days after the event.

The 2021 Global SAFe Summit Online will be hosted via Showcare, an easy-to-use fully interactive platform that simulates virtual event experiences and allows you to enjoy the SAFe Summit from the comfort of your living room while you engage with content, speakers, and fellow attendees.


Is there a code of conduct?

Yes, the SAFe summit has a code of conduct. Summit participants—whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, or sponsors—shall conduct themselves at all times with professionalism and civility, and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all. Scaled Agile reserves the right to rescind registration or attendance at the Summit in its discretion for violations of this policy.

 


Can I earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) by attending the SAFe Summit?

As SAFe Summit attendees get the flexibility to attend those sessions that they find most valuable, attendees will need to self-report their PDUs for the event. To learn more about how to earn PDU’s please visit PMI’s website or refer to the PMI Continuing Certification Requirements Handbook. If you don’t find the answer to your questions, you can also contact PMI’s customer care team.


Will I have access to any content that was shared during the 2021 Global SAFe Summit?
We are planning to offer nearly all the content from the 2021 Global SAFe Summit after the event. It will be on-demand for you to view in the 60 days after the event takes place. More details on the agenda, format, and engagement opportunities are coming soon. Register today to stay current on all  Summit news.

Can I view online sessions if I am not registered for the virtual Summit?
In order to experience the exclusive keynotes, interactivity with coaches and experts, and live and on-demand sessions, you must be registered for the online conference. We will not allow access to content or engagement with other attendees to anyone who has not registered for the event. Learn more on our pricing page.

Will the SAFe Expert Coaching Station be available at the Summit?

Yes, the SAFe Expert Coaching Station (formerly known as the SPCT Coaching Station) will be available during the Summit. Click here for details.


I submitted to speak at the 2021 Global SAFe Summit. What do I do now?

Our program chairs are working very hard to review all submissions. If you have any questions on the status of your submission, please reach out to our speaker manager.

We are no longer accepting submissions to speak at the Global SAFe Summit.  If you have any questions, please reach out to our speaker manager.


What software or hardware is needed to participate in the virtual Global SAFe Summit?

For the majority of the Summit there will be no special requirements to access the content. However, we recommend that you update your web browsers to the latest version.

The SAFe Expert Coaching Station will use Zoom meetings, so you may want to download the Zoom app and test your browser, audio, and microphone settings. Over the coming months, our team will provide updates and information to set you up for a great experience.
